Privacy Policy

RZLTS ("we", "us") provides Zira, an AI assistant that organizations deploy for their own staff. This policy explains what information Zira handles, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to the Zira service and to this website.

Who controls your data

Zira is provided to organizations (our customers), which decide who in their organization may use it. Each customer receives its own dedicated Zira instance, and data from one customer is never shared with or made available to another. When you use Zira through your employer, your employer's own policies may also apply.

Information we handle

Account information: your name, email address and a user identifier from the sign-in provider your organization uses.
Conversations: the messages you send to Zira and its replies, plus notes Zira keeps so it can be more helpful over time, such as your role or preferences you have told it.
Connected-service data: if you choose to connect an account such as Google, the data Zira accesses through that connection to complete your requests. See the next section.
Usage and diagnostic information: logs of requests, errors and performance, used to operate and improve the reliability of the service.

Google user data

If you connect a Google account, Zira requests only the permissions needed for the features you use. Depending on your organization's configuration, these may include:

Gmail: reading, searching, drafting, labeling and sending email, so Zira can find information in your mail and send or draft messages when you ask it to.
Google Drive: finding, reading, creating and organizing files, so Zira can retrieve documents for you and save files it produces.

We use Google user data only to provide and improve the user-facing features you request. Zira acts on your email or files when you ask it to. Any feature that acts on its own, such as a summary of new mail, is one you or your organization turned on, and you can turn it off. We do not sell Google user data. We do not use it for advertising. We do not use it to train or improve generalized artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models. People do not read your Google data except with your explicit consent, when needed for security or to investigate abuse, to comply with the law, or when the data has been aggregated and anonymized for internal operations.

Zira's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

How we use information

To provide the service: answer your questions, perform the tasks you request, and remember context you have shared.
To keep the service secure, reliable and working correctly.
To communicate with your organization's administrators about the service.

To generate responses, your requests and the relevant data are processed by AI language models. Those models run under contracts that prohibit the provider from using your data to train its models.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share information only:

with service providers that host and run Zira for us, such as Amazon Web Services (hosting and AI model processing) and Anthropic (AI model processing), bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations;
with your organization's administrators, as part of operating the service they provide to you;
when required by law, or to protect the rights, safety or security of our users, customers or the public.

Storage, security and retention

Information is stored on your organization's dedicated instance and encrypted in transit. Access is restricted to the people who operate the service. Connection credentials, such as Google access tokens, are used only by your organization's instance. We keep information for as long as your organization uses Zira, or until you or your organization ask us to delete it.

Your choices

You can disconnect Google at any time from your Google Account permissions page. Zira then loses access immediately.
You can ask us to delete the Google data and connection credentials we hold for you, and we will do so promptly.
You can ask your organization's administrator, or us, to access, correct or delete your other information.

Children

Zira is a workplace service and is not directed at children under 16.

Changes

We may update this policy. If we make a material change, we will update the effective date above and notify customer administrators.
